"I felt like there was space for me here just as I am. I had become sick and faded from being in environments where I did not feel seen...a satellite, all alone. Here, I found partners on the same wavelength. It is a multidimensional course...I unfolded like a flower. I highly recommend this course for other highly sensitive, creative, spiritual and open people who have the courage to take the plunge...”
— Julia, 51, teacher

"I use your cards often, and they have shown me the way. They are a gift — I receive exactly what I need… magical! ...They have had a huge impact on me, because I have to turn inward, work through things… and hold and accept. I believe I will be whole one day. I have used them, especially when my life has been difficult, and found a way out of my problems...There is something ancient, shamanic about them...amazing cards."
— Tove Anita, 58, photographer

"I want to say, once again, a thousand thanks for an incredible, amazing, educational, unforgettable, and truly, truly, truly excellent therapy process. I never thought I would get this far, learn so much, and gain such insight into myself, my relationships, humanity in general, and life. From my heart, thank you. I am deeply moved and happy — and grateful for everything I (we) have achieved with this."
— Anna, 35, consultant

Do you never feel good enough, no matter how hard you try? You’ve worked on yourself for years, yet still feel like you’re not really living your own life. You keep having a feeling that you're not home. Maybe you can’t find or keep a relationship where you can be yourself. Or you go to a job that looks fine on paper but quietly drains you. You feel anxious, low, or just off — and you don’t know why.
You’ve spent your life being everything to everyone except yourself. You’re tired of living up to others’ expectations but afraid to let go. The constant tension between who you are and who you think you should be is wearing you down — affecting your sleep, health, and mood.
The courses, coaching, and creative tools I offer are for sensitive people who have lost touch with themselves. You may find it hard to feel or regulate your emotions, express yourself freely, or create a life that feels right. You might have a sense of not fully knowing or trusting yourself, or of struggling to care for and stand up for your own needs and wants.
Many of the people I work with are deeply moved by art and creativity, yet their creative voice has been partially or fully silenced by insecurity, low self-esteem, or experiences of teasing, shaming, or trauma. Some have already done a great deal of inner work and feel better, yet still long to step fully into who they are and express themselves freely in the world.
Others have lost some of their life spark due to chronic illness, stress, or fatigue, and are in the process of reclaiming their energy and vitality. Many have tried different ways to heal, yet still tend to focus on others’ needs and opinions, often suppressing their deeper feelings and setting aside their own dreams and authenticity.
I work with sensitive, creative people who try hard but still doubt themselves. They long to live their own lives without creating chaos or hurting anyone. They want real change — not just to talk, but to feel different.
You might feel:
Restless, wired, and exhausted
Lonely, angry, or sad — but unable to show it
Disconnected from your body
Overly responsible for others
Afraid to trust, relax, or be yourself
You don’t need to become someone else — you just need the right support to come home to yourself.

Yes — there is!
More and more studies show that regular creative activities can lower stress hormones, improve emotional regulation, and increase a sense of meaning and self-understanding — even for people who don’t consider themselves “creative.” Research also points to creativity and the use of imagination as ways to increase empathy. Here are some examples:
Why creativity is healing — according to research:
✅ Reduces stress and lowers cortisol levels
(Kaimal et al., 2016 – Drexel University)
✅ Calms the nervous system and fosters presence — like active meditation
(Bolwerk et al., 2014 – NeuroImage)
✅ Strengthens emotional connection and accesses unconscious resources
(Stuckey & Nobel, 2010 – Journal of the American Art Therapy Association)
✅ Enhances self-esteem and joy in life
(Forgeard & Elstein, 2014 – The Journal of Positive Psychology)
✅ Increases empathy and the ability to connect with yourself and others
(PMC Medical Humanities, PubMed, McGill University, 2024)
If you’d like to explore more studies and literature on the healing effects of a creative practice, I recommend reading the research on Expressive Arts Therapy by Cathy Malchiodi and Laury Rappaport and many others, as well as classic works on creativity by Julia Cameron, Martha Beck, and Elizabeth Gilbert.

Yes, I do! I’m binational (US and Denmark) and fully bilingual, and all of my courses, products, and services are available in both English and Danish. I also understand and communicate well in the other Nordic languages.
Many of my clients, students, and colleagues are international or native English speakers, which is why I’ve chosen to create this site in English.
You can read the full Danish version by selecting “dansk hjemmeside” in the top or sidebar menu (the three lines at the top of the page).
På dansk:
Denne hjemmeside er som du kan se på engelsk. Men du kan læse det hele på dansk ved at vælge “dansk hjemmeside” i menuen øverst eller, hvis du er på din telefon, de tre vandrette streger øverst på siden.

As an individual, couples, and family therapist and psychologist, I offer trauma therapy and work with some mental health issues to a limited group of psychotherapy clients.
However, while my courses and cards are carefully designed for sensitive people and are trauma-informed, they are not designed to cure or treat trauma or other mental illness or issues, and can in no way replace individual psychotherapy or other types of treatment with a trained professional.

I put a great deal of love, time, education, and experience into everything I offer, and I’m deeply grateful for the many kind words and positive feedback I’ve received from clients and students over the years.
That said, no course, therapy, or card deck is right for everyone. Your results will always depend on your own process, inclinations, commitment, and readiness, as well as the relationship between therapist/teacher and client, so I can’t guarantee specific outcomes.
If you decide to cancel your purchase of any course or product (please note that therapy sessions are not included in this policy) within 7 days, I’ll happily refund the full amount — no questions asked.
You can find all details in my Terms and Conditions below.
